Oh dear. Didn't take long for things to break down. Need to get back on top of this. Haven't weighed for two days, and although I don't think I've gone over the top with the points, it's easy to lose track. Today hasn't started well either. A late night last night, poker in the pub. I drove there (bad for exercise, but it means I don't drink, so it's swings and roundabouts, probably), and after a successful game, couldn't sleep, which means snacking into the early hours.
