Food Log - Day 10

Oh dear. Didn't take long for things to break down. Need to get back on top of this. Haven't weighed for two days, and although I don't think I've gone over the top with the points, it's easy to lose track. Today hasn't started well either. A late night last night, poker in the pub. I drove there (bad for exercise, but it means I don't drink, so it's swings and roundabouts, probably), and after a successful game, couldn't sleep, which means snacking into the early hours.

A bit of walking around the local village, leafleting.

In a rush, going out.

Mince - 2 pts

Leftovers. Yum.

Exercise Log - Day 8

Housework. An hour or so hoovering, emptying bins, washing up and cleaning the kitchen. Hardly marathon training, is it?

...at least. My first day "out of control". This is the real danger to my health, tghefact that I'm so easily distracted, especially if I'm left in the house all day with nothing to do.

Exercise Log - Day 7

A better day toay, so a proper walk, in the Preseli hills. Catch a Green Dragon bus to just outside Crymych, some friends join us at Rosebush, and then we walk back on the Gold Road across the plateau of the Preselis. A fantastic walk, and a nice way to end the first week of this health blogging thing.
